About the job:
As a Customer Success Manager, you work closely with our customers and act as their primary contact at Trapets. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, educate and train them as well as manage ongoing operational work including coordinating with and around our customers.
You ensure that our systems are accurately configured to meet the customers’ requirements. You also receive and manage new requirements/demands and make sure that continuous follow-up meetings take place. The job also entails participation and project management both internally and externally.
In this role it is important that you stay updated with current legislation and new regulations.
Who you are:
We believe you are a social and very communicative person who likes control and order. You are driven, meticulous and you build trust with our customers. You are a great organizer, planner, and coordinator, and you have no problem delivering results with high quality on time.
It is also important that you:
- Have a very good knowledge in securities trading.
- Have great technical competence and an understanding of the system development process as well as databases.
- Can read and understand XML files as well as understand API integrations.
- Have the ability to communicate in a technical manner with other departments e.g. Operations and Development.
- Have experience in writing/understanding technical requirement specifications and process flow.
We have many customers in Sweden as well as abroad. Therefore, you need to write and speak Swedish and English fluently.
