Trapets is on a growth journey towards our mission to fight financial crime. We are now looking for a Content Manager to join our newly established Marketing team.

Trapets is a market leader in providing cutting-edge RegTech SaaS solutions for the financial industry to prevent financial crime and to assure regulatory compliance. Trapets’ services, simplifies advanced monitoring of customers’ daily operations – from initial and ongoing KYC screening to surveillance of money laundering, terror financing and fraud. Trapets also provides services for trading surveillance including detection of insider trading and marketing manipulations.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Content Manager you will oversee all marketing content initiatives, across platforms and formats from awareness to drive demand, leads and user engagement. You are passionate in all things related to content, adapted to context and channel optimization, brand consistency and target audience.

The role is newly established in the team and for the right person you will be able to create, form and make it your own. You will work closely with internal stakeholders like Sales, Customer Success and Product managers and external specialists. You will be reporting to CMO. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content strategy and tactics to support and extend marketing initiatives, short-  and long-term
• Responsible for content calendar, across channels, segments, and product areas.
• Producing, updating and optimising content for own channels such as web and email and 3^rd party channels social media and other platforms
• Establishing way of work including requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and updating content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product and Customer Success
• An arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style and new content ideas
• Ensuring content performance and a data driven way of work

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL SET

• 1-3 years for experience in similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in content marketing tactics and online marketing landscape
• Experience in content management system and web content
• Project management skills to manage editorial schedules, deadlines, and internal stakeholder management
• Knowledge in SEO and web analytics
• Creative and passionate about content marketing with strong business acumen
• Previous experience from working in financial industry or similar is an advantage
