Trapets is on a growth journey in our mission to fight financial crime. We are now looking for a Solution Manager to join our Stockholm team.
Trapets is a market leader in solutions for the financial industry to prevent financial crime and to assure regulatory compliance. Trapets’ services simplify monitoring of customers’ daily operations – from initial and ongoing customer screening to detecting money laundering, terror financing and fraud. Trapets also provides services for trading surveillance such as detection of insider trading and marketing manipulations.
Role Summary
As a Solution Manager at Trapets, you will be delivering top quality services to our customers who utilize and have ownership of our InstantWatch Platform.
Your responsibility comes into play as soon as the customer signs with us and your role will be primarily focused on driving onboarding projects to get our customers up and running in our system. These onboarding projects are quite complex and require a lot of work from the customer as well as yourself. You will be the one to guide the customer throughout the project, both through technical integration, configuration and functional training for the end users. You will drive large projects with numerous stake holders and will also manage the customer expectations and ensure project progress.
You will deliver other services to customers that are already in production. Example of such services can be assisting a customer in adding new data flows, configure new alert triggers, revise their risk model etc. You will need to scope and deliver these custom service projects.
InstantWatch is extremely powerful and carries out very complex pattern analyses, still it is very user friendly, easy to learn and easy to use. The complex functionality is hidden “behind the scenes”. Your job is to know the backend and guide the customer in a way that it seems simple to them.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive successful onboarding projects from start to finish, while ensuring that any gaps are uncovered and that the best solution is implemented to help the customer solve their challenges.
- Design presentations and demo Trapets product solutions and functionality
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholder to mitigate any risk and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensure that the customer is setup correctly with Trapets systems. Develop innovative ways of engaging and adding value to the customers business processes through Trapets InstantWatch platform and relevant services.
- Identify and gather customer needs and requirements and work closely with the Product department to analyse the needs and find solutions.
- Continuously enhance our onboarding project process to make it more efficient and adaptable to different solution needs.
- Create documentation such as internal guidelines, training material etc.
- Stay up to date on industry and regulatory trend.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a passion for project and change management, is curious and has a strong will to develop new skills. You need to have a technical interest and deep understanding of the challenges of integrating a new system. You are motivated by development and challenges in your work, and you take initiative and responsibility.
- Several years’ experience from customer facing IT related project management
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Experience of integration projects with API and complex data management.
- A consultative mindset with pedagogical skills in training and guidance of customers.
- Be structured, self-sufficient, solution oriented and have good cooperation skills.
- Experience in meeting and workshop management, preparation and documentation.
- Good financial markets knowledge ideally with some AML regulation experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to flex style depending on audience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
