Trapets is on a growth journey in our mission to help businesses with the technology and knowledge needed to fight financial crime. We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Stockholm team.
Trapets is a market leader in providing cutting-edge RegTech SaaS solutions for the financial industry to prevent financial crime and to assure regulatory compliance. Trapets’ services simplify advanced monitoring of customers’ daily operations – from initial and ongoing customer screening to detecting money laundering, terror financing and fraud. Trapets also provides services for trading surveillance including detection of insider trading and market manipulation.
About the Role at Trapets
As Product Marketing Manager, you will help Trapets win new customers and grow existing accounts by turning complex product capabilities into clear value propositions, compelling messaging and practical sales material.
You will work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing, combining commercial thinking with hands-on execution. A central part of the role is to build structured product knowledge and AI-powered workflows that help our teams create accurate, relevant content at scale. We are looking for someone who brings ideas, moves quickly and enjoys making them happen.
Role Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
Create and maintain the material Sales needs to communicate product value, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling guides and product summaries. Support customer opportunities with tailored input, train Sales on messaging and competitive positioning, and improve material based on feedback from Sales and customers.
Customer Growth
Develop programmes and material that help existing customers adopt more of Trapets’ products. Own product communication to customers, including releases and updates, with a focus on creating opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Positioning and Messaging
Translate technical capabilities into clear, benefit-driven messaging for different audiences. Own positioning and value propositions across our anti-money laundering and market surveillance offerings, and build a consistent product narrative across customer touchpoints.
Product Knowledge and AI
Own a structured, up-to-date library of product knowledge, including messaging, use cases, proof points and competitive insights. Organise it so AI workflows can reliably support content production across Marketing and Sales. Build practical AI-powered tools for Sales, drive their adoption and improve them based on how they are used. Work closely with Product to keep the knowledge current as our offerings evolve.
Launches and Market Insight
Plan and deliver go-to-market activities for launches and releases, from messaging to sales readiness. Coordinate across Product, Sales and Marketing, assess the impact on pipeline and customer adoption, and turn market and customer insights into sharper positioning and sales guidance.
Qualifications and Experience Required
At least four years of experience in product marketing or a similar commercial marketing role in B2B, preferably within software or SaaS.
A proven track record of creating material and messaging that support sales and customer growth.
A strong understanding of complex B2B sales processes and how product marketing supports both new business and upsell.
Experience working closely with Sales on enablement, customer opportunities and feedback, as well as with positioning and competitive analysis.
Advanced, hands-on experience using AI tools to build workflows that improve and automate content production. You understand how to structure source material so AI produces accurate, on-message output.
The ability to turn complex product capabilities into simple, buyer-relevant value, supported by strong writing skills in English.
A structured way of working and the ability to manage launches, stakeholders and deadlines. You create reusable resources and processes, and are ready to get hands-on from day one.
