
Mikael Martin – His first months at Trapets
Mikael Martin is a Solution Manager with vast experience in the e-commerce and travel industries, specifically in TravelTech.

1. Tell us what your first months at Trapets have been like.
I'm delighted to say that my high expectations of Trapets have not only been met, but also clearly exceeded.
As a Solution Manager in the Customer Success team, I am entrusted to manage customer onboarding and implementation projects related to our platform, Instantwatch.
These projects are complex and challenging, yet immensely satisfying to drive. Although I've worked in similar roles, this feels like a whole new journey.
Collaborating with talented colleagues has accelerated my knowledge in compliance and regulatory tech. Engaging in such a fascinating industry makes every day an exciting professional growth and learning journey.
Additionally, I am genuinely impressed by my colleagues' professional competence and strong social skills, which significantly enrich my experience. I simply love it here.

Reflecting on my ongoing journey at Trapets, the following lessons continue to resonate with me:
